Designed for beginning and intermediate beekeepers navigating the challenges of Appalachian mountain beekeeping — dramatic elevation changes, late spring cold snaps, and the outstanding tulip poplar and sourwood honey flows unique to the Mountain State. Hands-on sessions in the university's apiary.
