The Cincinnati Honey & Urban Garden Festival at Smale Riverfront Park celebrates the Queen City's growing urban beekeeping scene and the rich clover, basswood, and wildflower honeys of the greater Cincinnati area. The event features local beekeepers, urban farmers, and sustainability advocates sharing honey tastings, hive observation stations, and workshops on starting a backyard hive in southwest Ohio. Craft mead makers from the Tri-State region pour their latest batches for tasting seminars. The festival also highlights the role of pollinators in Cincinnati's thriving community garden network.
