A guided apiary tour of South Florida's unique subtropical honey farms, exploring the rare saw palmetto, gallberry, Brazilian pepper, and mangrove blossom honeys found only in the Everglades region. The tour visits three working apiaries in Collier County with tastings at each stop, a beekeeping Q&A with Florida Master Beekeepers, and a closing honey pairing dinner featuring Florida wildflower honey with local seafood.
