About this event

A self-guided farm trail through the North Georgia mountains visiting apiaries that produce prized sourwood honey during peak bloom season. Participating farms in Rabun, Towns, and White counties open for tours, honey tastings, and direct sales. Sourwood (Oxydendrum arboreum) produces Georgia's most celebrated varietal honey.
