Mississippi beekeepers from Harrison, Hancock, and Jackson counties present their coastal hive management techniques, and the Mississippi Beekeepers Association hosts a honey show with categories for tallow tree, gallberry, and mixed wildflower varieties unique to the Gulf Coast ecosystem.
