Local beekeepers share basswood, goldenrod, apple blossom, and clover varietals alongside maple syrup producers in a celebration of Vermont's artisan sweetener heritage. The festival features pairing tastings, educational workshops on hive and sugarbush management, and a lively Saturday morning farmers market with Vermont specialty food vendors.
