The Nebraska Honey Producers Association presents its spring bee school for new and experienced beekeepers across the Cornhusker State. Nebraska's diverse agricultural landscape — from the Sandhills rangelands to the Platte River corridor — supports productive apiaries harvesting sweet clover, alfalfa, sunflower, and Dutch white clover honey. Bee school covers colony management, Varroa treatment, and strategies for maximizing Nebraska's exceptional summer honey flows.
