Annual springtime celebration of New Mexico's unique desert honey flora in Socorro, gateway to the Bosque del Apache wildlife refuge. Features exceptional chamisa, desert willow, and Rio Grande cottonwood honey from the state's diverse high-desert and riparian beekeeping operations. Includes guided Bosque apiary walks, mead tastings, and talks on desert pollinator ecology.
