Unique late-summer festival celebrating the intersection of North Dakota's famous sunflower crop and its booming apiary industry in the Bismarck-Mandan area. Features raw sunflower, sweet clover, and alfalfa honey from Red River Valley and Missouri Plateau producers, sunflower-honey pairings, mead tastings, and educational exhibits on pollinator-crop relationships. North Dakota is one of the top honey-producing states in the US.
