Over 20 producers pour varietal honeys — sweet clover, alfalfa, canola, and sunflower — with guided tastings explaining how North Dakota's short, intense summers concentrate floral sugars. The North Dakota Honey Producers Association hosts a competitive honey show with ribbons across multiple classes. Activities include wax art workshops, mead sampling, and farm-fresh honey cooking demos using local chefs.
