The Sacramento Honey & Pollinator Festival celebrates the Central Valley's rich beekeeping heritage and the incredible diversity of California honeys. Held at the Capitol Park grounds, this family-friendly event features local beekeepers showcasing varietal honeys from almond blossom, orange blossom, eucalyptus, and star thistle. Attendees enjoy live hive demonstrations, honey tastings, mead pairings, and educational talks from UC Davis apiculture researchers. Artisan food vendors, beeswax crafts, and a children's pollinator garden make this a beloved Sacramento spring tradition.
