Beekeepers from across the state present desert wildflower, chamisa, apache plume, and mountain clover varieties unique to New Mexico's diverse ecosystems. The event weaves honey culture into Santa Fe's celebrated arts scene with honey-inspired pottery, painting demonstrations, and an outdoor honey kitchen featuring traditional recipes from Pueblo and Hispanic culinary traditions.
