High-desert honey harvest celebration at apiaries in the Sangre de Cristo Mountains above Taos, featuring tastings of rare New Mexico desert honeys: chamisa (rabbitbrush), desert willow, bee plant, and apple blossom from Pueblo orchards. Hosted by the New Mexico Beekeepers Association with cultural demonstrations from local Pueblo communities on traditional uses of honey.
