Intensive two-day beekeeping course offered by Cornell Cooperative Extension in partnership with the Finger Lakes Beekeepers Association at a working apiary near Seneca Lake. Topics include Finger Lakes hive management, varietal honey production (apple blossom, goldenrod, buckwheat), Varroa management, and queen introduction. Limited to 30 participants.
