Celebrate the surprising diversity of Great Basin honey at this Las Vegas festival showcasing Nevada's unique desert varietal honeys — Mojave sage, rabbitbrush, desert willow, alfalfa, and high-elevation mountain wildflower. The Nevada Beekeepers Association presents 15 local producers alongside artisan mead makers and beeswax craft vendors. Educational booths explain the ecology of desert pollinators, honey bees in arid climates, and drought-resistant forage planting. Live beekeeping demonstrations in observation hives and a competitive honey show round out the weekend.
