Type: Honey Fair
Utah County hosts its beloved annual honey and farm harvest fair each September, bringing together beekeepers from the Wasatch Front valleys and surrounding mountain communities. Utah's diverse landscape supports exceptional varietal honey production from alfalfa, sweet clover, mountain wildflower, and Gambel oak sources. The fair features a youth beekeeping demonstration competition, guided hive inspections, honey-infused artisan food vendors, and talks from USU Extension apiculturists on Utah's role as a top honey-producing western state.
