New Mexico's unique culinary heritage pairs the Land of Enchantment's two iconic ingredients — chile peppers and raw honey — at this annual Las Cruces festival. Honey tastings featuring desert varietal honeys: palo verde blossom, alfalfa, mesquite, and Sonoran desert wildflower. Chile-infused honey cooking demonstrations, a competitive honey show judged by New Mexico Beekeepers Association certified judges, pollinator garden tours, and a farm-to-fork honey dinner under the Organ Mountains sky.
