Lewisburg's historic Greenbrier Valley hosts a two-day celebration of West Virginia's Appalachian honey heritage featuring beekeepers from across the Mountain State. Sourwood honey — prized as one of America's finest varietals — takes center stage alongside tulip poplar, basswood, and wildflower honeys. Demonstrations include traditional comb honey extraction and beeswax candle rolling.
