Swan's Honey Wild Blueberry Raw & Unfiltered Creamed Honey

Swan's Honey of Albion, Maine, produces its blueberry honey in the wild blueberry fields of Downeast Maine. This version is raw and unfiltered and creamed to a smooth, spreadable texture that carries the fruity sweetness of blueberry honey. Swan's describes its blueberry honey as medium amber and slightly stronger in flavor than its wild raspberry or clover honey, and suggests it in homemade granola or on oatmeal. Swan's also sells a liquid Wild Blueberry honey that is not labeled raw.
