Airborne Clover Honey Liquid

Airborne Honey is a New Zealand honey company that prints clover pollen information on the back label of its clover honey. This liquid clover honey is sold by Woolworths New Zealand in a 500 g jar and is described on the listing as undamaged by heat, unfiltered, pure natural New Zealand honey. Airborne says clover honey is light in color with a delicate floral bouquet and flavor, and that Canterbury, Otago and Southland in the South Island are the main clover areas. The liquid form suits sweetening drinks and baking; Airborne also sells it creamed.
