Walker Farms Orange Blossom Honey

Walker Farms is a family honey farm in North Fort Myers, Florida, that bottles its own orange blossom, saw palmetto, wildflower and black mangrove honeys. The farm warms its honey to about 103 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit and filters it through nylon mesh by gravity alone, without pumps or pressure, a light filtration meant to keep the flavor. Orange blossom is sold as a 12 oz bear, a 16 oz plastic jar, a 16 oz glass jar, a 2 lb glass jar and a 3 lb jug, with larger jugs for bulk buyers. The farm also sells from its store on Bee Charmer Lane.
