Brezzo Orange Honey from Sicily

Brezzo makes this orange blossom honey from hives in Sicily, and the US importer Ditalia sells it in a 14.1 oz glass jar packed with a wooden honey dipper. The seller says the honey is bottled raw to keep its straw-yellow color and natural flavor. Ditalia suggests pairing it with yogurt, creamy desserts and southern Italian cheeses such as caciocavallo, ragusano and sweet ricotta. Ditalia has sold Italian specialty foods since 1996.
