Yemen Sidr sells single-origin Yemeni sidr (jujube) honey and labels every jar with the valley it came from. This Hadrami jar is from the autumn 2025 harvest in Wadi Do'an, Hadramout, where the seller says the sidr trees grow unirrigated on the valley floor and lower slopes and 14 beekeeping families supplied the honey. It describes a thick, slow-pouring honey with a caramel-and-malt flavor and a long finish, says nothing is added or filtered out, and lab-tests every harvest before bottling. It comes in a 285 g jar; the 500 g jar was sold out when checked.
