La Tienda del Apicultor Raw Orange Blossom Honey

La Tienda del Apicultor, a Spanish beekeeping supply shop, sells this orange blossom honey under its own label. It is harvested by local Spanish beekeepers in the orange groves of the Valencian Community and Andalusia, and the shop sells it raw: unpasteurised and not heated to high temperatures. The shop describes a very pale honey with a floral orange-grove aroma, a sweet taste with a marked acidity, and slow, fine-grained crystallisation. It comes in a 900 g glass jar with a screw cap. The seller suggests it for hot milk, herbal infusions, yoghurt and fresh cheeses.
