Honeyville, a third-generation family beekeeping and bottling business in Durango, Colorado, hand-pours this raw Rocky Mountain wildflower honey. The ingredient list reads 100% pure mountain wildflower honey, and the company says it is not filtered beyond removing the wax cappings from the comb. It crystallizes soon after bottling and stays spreadable in that state; Honeyville says to set the jar in warm water to liquefy it and to store it at room temperature below 74 degrees. It is sold in 23 oz and 46 oz jars, alongside Honeyville's regular wildflower honey, which is sold as a separate, non-raw product.
