Rigoni di Asiago Mielbio Acacia Honey

Mielbio Acacia is the organic acacia honey from the Italian food company Rigoni di Asiago, whose honey business goes back more than a century. Rigoni says the Mielbio line is collected by its Italian beekeepers, certified organic in the EU and not pasteurized. The company describes this honey as clear and pale, naturally sweet, soft and light, with clean, delicate notes and slow crystallization. It is sold in a 300 g jar on Rigoni's Italian web shop. Rigoni suggests it for hot drinks, leavened cakes, mild cheeses, yogurt and pancakes.
