Kevala sells this raw honey from hives in the tropical forest near the coast of Oaxaca in southern Mexico. The company says the honey is harvested on site and that no heat or other processing is applied before it is jarred, and it is sold unfiltered. It is certified USDA Organic by CCOF and kosher pareve. The honey is naturally liquid but crystallizes over time; Kevala suggests setting the jar in warm water and stirring to soften it. It comes in a 16 oz (454 g) jar.
