Biohoney Raw West Coast Rata Honey

Biohoney, the online shop of the New Zealand Raw Honey Company, sells this raw rata honey in its Master Beekeeper range. It is produced in the Otira Gorge area on the West Coast of New Zealand's South Island. The company says each jar is a single, unblended batch with a QR code showing where the bees foraged, and that the honey is neither heated beyond natural hive temperature nor creamed. It is white in color and won a gold award at the London Honey Awards in 2019. It comes in 270 g and 500 g jars.
