Zumm is a Romanian honey brand whose acacia honey (miere de salcam) comes from one apiary on the Jijia Plain, in Dobarceni commune, Botosani County, in northeastern Romania. Zumm sells it as raw and not heat-treated, made in small batches, and notes that it can carry traces of wax or propolis from extraction. The seller describes a nearly white, transparent, fragrant honey that is very sweet and crystallizes slowly because of its high fructose content. It comes in a 500 g jar priced in Romanian lei. Zumm suggests it with tea, fine cheeses, or as a topping for pancakes and ice cream.
