Le Rucher des 4 Chemins Organic Sunflower Honey (Miel Tournesol Bio)

Organic sunflower honey from Le Rucher des 4 Chemins, a beekeeping farm in Saint-Juéry in the Tarn that has been certified organic (AB) since 1996. For the sunflower flow the hives are moved to organic farms in the Lauragais, where the same growers have hosted the bees for more than 20 years. The honey is not heated for jarring and crystallizes naturally, finely but densely. The farm describes it as bright yellow and very mild, light enough to sweeten tea or coffee without changing its aroma. Sold in a 500 g jar.
