Balparmak Chestnut Honey (Kestane Balı)

The Turkish honey brand Balparmak sells this chestnut honey (kestane balı) in its Monoflora range in a 460 g jar. Stamboul Bazaar, a retailer of the brand, says the bees collect it from the blossoms of chestnut trees growing in Turkey's Black Sea region and describes a sharp taste and full flavor that differs from flower honey.
