The Scottish Bee Company is a Scottish honey business that also runs the pollinator charity Repollinate, and it sells its pure honeys soft set. Its heather honey is gathered on Scottish moors during the short, six-week heather season. The company says the honey is gently warmed only so it can be filtered by hand, never above hive temperature, and is never pasteurised or blended before jarring. It describes the honey as rich and full-flavoured, and quotes a Guardian review calling it punchy and woody. It is sold in a 227g jar; serving ideas are porridge, smoothies, yoghurt or toast.
