Pasieka Wiszniewscy is a small apiary in Podlaskie province in northeast Poland, set among the Knyszyn Forest and the Narew river wetlands, and it sells through its own online shop. Its linden honey (miód lipowy) comes from the June and July bloom; the current jars are from the 2026 harvest. The beekeepers describe it as amber, sweet and slightly sharp with a faint bitterness, with an aroma close to linden flowers and medium-speed crystallization. It is sold in 420 g and 1.2 kg jars, to be stored dry and shaded at 8 to 18 °C.
