Egmont Honey Mānuka Honey UMF 25+ (MGO 1200+)

Egmont Honey's UMF 25+ Mānuka honey is a limited batch from its New Zealand hives, certified UMF 25+ with at least 1200 mg/kg methylglyoxal (MGO 1200+). Egmont places its hives in isolated parts of the South Taranaki region and describes this grade as thick, bittersweet and caramel-rich, from monofloral Mānuka nectar. It is sold only in an 8.8 oz (250 g) jar through Egmont's US shop, which states the honey is UMF certified and verified to the Non-GMO Project Standard. Egmont suggests eating it by the teaspoon so the flavour can be tasted on its own.
