NOW Foods Manuka Honey, Creamy MGO 250

NOW Foods sells this creamed monofloral Mānuka honey, a product of New Zealand guaranteed to contain at least 250 mg/kg methylglyoxal (MGO 250). NOW says the creaming process gives a smooth, thick, spreadable honey, and describes it as sweet, rich and creamy, amber in colour, with natural colour variation between batches. It comes in an 8.8 oz (250 g) jar and is Kosher (Triangle K) and Non-GMO Project Verified. NOW suggests adding it to tea, smoothies or granola, or spreading it on toast or apple slices. Store it below 77°F (25°C).
