Honest to Goodness, an Australian family-owned organic grocer trading since 2002, sells this certified organic raw honey under its own label. The hives sit in national parks in western Queensland and New South Wales, at least 5 km from conventional farmland, and the company's own guide calls it a eucalyptus honey from bees that forage mostly on eucalyptus trees, so colour and flavour vary from batch to batch. It is extracted and bottled below 40°C, run through a natural filter, and sold raw and unpasteurised. It comes in 500 g and 1 kg jars; use it as a spread, in baking or in drinks.
