SimplyHoney is a family-owned Australian honey business that began near Brisbane more than 30 years ago and now ships from Capalaba, Queensland. Its Yellow Box honey comes from bees taken to the yellow box (Eucalyptus melliodora) ranges in spring. The company describes a light amber, smooth and free-flowing honey with a sweet, softly buttery flavour, and notes that yellow box is one of the slowest honeys to crystallise. It is sold raw and unpasteurised, only gently filtered to remove wax and hive debris. Sizes run from a 375 g glass jar to a 1 kg jar, with squeeze bottles and 1.5 kg and 3 kg jerrycans also listed.
